Danielle and Tom {Fall Engagements}

I am photographing Danielle and Tom's wedding this coming May. We met up a few weeks ago to do an engagement shoot. Things have been busy and I forgot to post their photos. I had a blast with them. We took many mental notes of things we all need to remember on the wedding day. One of which is that Tom needs to smile more but he definitely got better towards the end! Here they are:

Featuring Leah and Jonathan's Wedding!

I was contacted by Leah who had been contacted by a NY state wedding magazine. They loved the photos of Leah's wedding and wanted to post their own blog along with some of my photos. Here is the link: http://www.weddingsnystate.com/blog/behind-scenes/ny-noteworthy-news-fiddlehead-concepts-garden-wedding

They also asked me to submit more photos of Leah and Jonathan's wedding to possibly be featured in a 20 photo spread in the Spring/Summer 2010 issue. I will definitely post if that happens!!

Leah and Jonathan {Beautiful Backyard Wedding}

To call Leah and Jonathan's wedding beautiful would be the understatement of the year! The wedding was held at Leah's childhood home in Lima, NY. When I walked to the back of the house to meet Jonathan's sister-in-law I was taken back by the beauty. The wedding was held in the garden, where Leah's bouquet was made that morning by her mom. When I finally found Leah she was glowing with excitement. Her dress and coat were stunning, made by her good friend Brooks Ann Camper. During cocktail hour guests could type a note to the happy couple using typewriters. The guests headed to the tent along the candlelit pathway (I couldn't wait for the sun to go down to take some photos of this!) to enjoy a meal made from locally grown ingredients. Before eating they had to find which table they were seated at which were labeled using herb packets. Instead of a traditional cake Leah and Jonathan had a cake and pie table. Each cake and pie had it's own individual antique "cake topper". Leah and Jonathan are a beautiful couple and I loved capturing their special day for them. I hope you like them guys!
