What can I say about Sarah and Ty? They are new and wonderful friends that my husband and I feel thankful to have. I mean, I text Sarah to tell her the photos are ready and she invites me and Patrick to a bonfire at her grandma's house. They totally rock and I am quite bummed that we probably can't go. We had dinner together right after the engagement session including a great conversation about favorite Disney movies, Ty's habit of going to the store multiple times in a day and scrumptious pizza.
Sarah and Ty wanted to do their engagement session somewhere with a mountain view, fields and tall grass. The North Bend/Snoqualmie area seriously delivered. We went to Meadowbrook Farm to start and the light was magical. We ventured off a little trail toward Mount Si and found beautiful tall golden grass - perfect! On my way to North Bend I decided to take a detour to find another area we could shoot in. I discovered a foot bridge that I had to bring them to. On the way to the bridge we discovered a field of elk! So many elk! We thought they were very large deer but my husband confirmed elk while I was editing :) Ending the session with a field of hay bales and a run through the field and we have one of my favorite engagement sessions to date! I can't wait for the wedding!
